The Tucson Ghost Tour processes all credit card transactions at 5:00pm on the evening of the designated tour. We enforce a strict cancellation policy. If you fail to call us at 520-432-3308 to cancel your reservations before 5:00pm on the evening of your tour, you will be charged the full amount for your tickets. If your reservation is for 5 or more people you must give us at least a 24 hour advance cancellation notice. If you fail to do so you will be charged the full amount of the tickets purchased. Cancellations will not be accepted via e mail.If you are not at the designated meeting spot on the designated date at the designated time, and you miss the tour, you will not be refunded. On your credit card statement the transaction from the Tucson Ghost Tour will show up as Old Bisbee Ghost Tour, our parent company.
